How to use bag filter：
Check
1. Open the packing box and check whether the contents in the filter
equipment parameter name plate meet your requirements.
1. Count the number of accessories in the delivery list.
Installation of filter accessories
1. Install the filter outlet pressure gauge (sealed with raw tape).
2. Install the discharge valve (sealed with raw tape).
3. Install the exhaust valve of the filter (sealed with raw tape).
Install the filter seal
1. Install the sealing O-ring of the filter bag protection net.
Before installation, carefully check whether the sealing O-ring is deformed.
Normal sealing O-ring, there should be 30% convex groove in diameter.
1. Put in a filter bag to protect the basket.
Install filter bag
1. Check bag label model. Tear off the label paper and keep it for future reference.
2. Put the filter bag into the concave edge of the filter bag protection net. The opening of the filter bag is higher than the
concave edge of the protective screen of the filter bag.Arrange the filter bag and stick it tightly to protect the inner net
wall.
3. Tighten the filter bag pressure plate. Check whether the filter bag pressing plate is in the pressing plate ear.
Filter panel installation
a.Before installation, carefully check whether the sealing O-ring is deformed. A normal sealing O-ring should have a groove
protruding 30% of its diameter.
b.Put on the panel. Four M16 ring head bolts are evenly tightened in diagonal steps.
